12 Children's Privacy & Age Restriction

The hawkbets Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. hawkbets does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

hawkbets employs mandatory age verification procedures during the registration process. All new accounts are required to submit valid government-issued identification confirming that the account holder is at least 21 years old before real-money play is permitted.

If hawkbets becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the associated personal data, and return any deposited funds to the payment source, subject to verification.
