          Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and hawkbets ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, logging in, or placing any wager on hawkbets.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety. 1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

"Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using approved payment methods, distinct from Bonus Funds.
"KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required by hawkbets to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility.
"PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to hawkbets is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the hawkbets platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the hawkbets Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and hawkbets.

Your continued use of hawkbets following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

If you are accessing hawkbets on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the hawkbets platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:

Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on hawkbets. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. hawkbets strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents to confirm your age.
Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of hawkbets complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or under guardianship are not permitted to use the platform.
Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on hawkbets. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from hawkbets or from gambling platforms generally are not permitted to register or access the platform during their exclusion period.

              Age Restriction: hawkbets is strictly for players aged 21 and above in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. hawkbets employs age verification procedures and will immediately close any account found to be held by a minor, forfeiting all associated balances.
            

4 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on hawkbets, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity when registering.
hawkbets reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided during registration, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
hawkbets reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
You are responsible for ensuring that your registered contact details remain current and accurate. hawkbets is not liable for any loss arising from outdated contact information.

Upon successful registration and verification, hawkbets will activate your account and you may proceed to deposit funds and access the full range of platform features.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hawkbets account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
You must not allow any other person to access or use your hawkbets account.
You must use a strong, unique password for your hawkbets account and update it regularly.
You must notify hawkbets immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
hawkbets will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

hawkbets shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified hawkbets of a security breach in a timely manner.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hawkbets are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. hawkbets does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.
hawkbets does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. Attempts to deposit via prohibited methods will be declined and returned.
Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.

Withdrawals:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
hawkbets processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes to a few hours under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.
hawkbets reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in a delay or suspension of the withdrawal.
Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements on Bonus Funds may be withdrawn, subject to the applicable bonus terms.
hawkbets does not charge standard transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which hawkbets bears no responsibility.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

hawkbets offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. hawkbets reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
Bonus Funds and Real Money Balance are tracked separately. Real Money Balance is used first in all wagers unless otherwise specified.
hawkbets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using prohibited betting patterns, or exploiting technical errors, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, hawkbets' decision shall be final and binding.

              Note: Always read the specific terms attached to each hawkbets promotion before opting in. Wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps vary by offer.
            

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on hawkbets are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any game-specific rules published on the platform:

All bets are final once confirmed. hawkbets does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
hawkbets reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or outcome that was subject to a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or event, the result recorded by hawkbets' system shall be considered final, subject to review by the hawkbets disputes team.
hawkbets uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. hawkbets reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
hawkbets reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or within any single session at its sole discretion.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hawkbets platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and hawkbets' prior written approval.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the hawkbets platform.
Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform.
Using the hawkbets platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. hawkbets complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the hawkbets platform, its software, or its security systems.
Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward hawkbets staff or other players.
Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the hawkbets platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of hawkbets or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the hawkbets platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the hawkbets platform without prior written consent.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on hawkbets content.
Use hawkbets' trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the hawkbets platform.

Any unauthorized use of hawkbets' intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by hawkbets.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hawkbets shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the hawkbets platform, including but not limited to:

Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
Interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform's operation due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond hawkbets' reasonable control.
Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that is subject to change.
Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether or not hawkbets was advised of the possibility of such damages.

hawkbets' total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude hawkbets' liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Responsible Gaming

hawkbets is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

hawkbets provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your hawkbets account.
Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the hawkbets platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during gaming sessions reminding you of the time elapsed and your net gaming activity.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

hawkbets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, hawkbets will conduct a review of the account balance. If the closure is due to a breach by the Player, hawkbets reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. If the closure is initiated by hawkbets without cause attributable to the Player, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting hawkbets customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact hawkbets customer support as the first step in any dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players who are Filipino residents agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.

hawkbets' decisions on all gaming disputes, including but not limited to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status, shall be final and binding, subject only to review by the relevant regulatory authority where applicable.

15 Amendments to These Terms

hawkbets reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hawkbets will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Minor amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially affect Player rights, may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on the hawkbets platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of hawkbets following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the hawkbets platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
